About War Squad 2
War Squad 2 is a top-down tactical action game built with the Godot Engine. Command a squad of soldiers through 6 intense missions — from Beach Landing to Final Stand. Select and move your troops, throw grenades at enemy positions, and watch buildings crumble under fire. Features rich procedural terrain with swaying vegetation, water shimmer effects, destructible buildings with HP bars, three enemy types (grunt, sniper, heavy) with patrol and alert AI, realistic bullet trails, explosive grenades with fireball and shockwave, blood decals, scorch marks, health and ammo pickups, a tactical minimap, and atmospheric procedural audio with military march music.
How to Play
Click to select soldiers (drag to select multiple). Right-click to move selected soldiers to a position. Soldiers auto-fire at enemies in range. Press G to throw a grenade at the cursor position. Complete all objectives to advance through 6 missions.
